Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request that you give a full 24-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. This is to provide an opportunity for other clients to book during that time slot.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Late cancellations or no-shows will have a fee 50% of your appointment total applied, that can not be submitted for insurance. Our providers get paid per client, and they need to be able to have an income even when something comes up. A 24-hour notice is in place to allow us to get the appointment filled for the therapist.
